Small not-for-profits often cannot justify a full time volunteer manager. The work still needs doing. Without it, recruitment slows, retention drops and risk piles up. We step in as your outsourced volunteer manager. Often two or three days a month is enough to keep the program healthy and your team supported.

Benchmarking

You suspect your program could be stronger but you cannot point to where. Without an external read, gaps stay hidden until something goes wrong. We benchmark your program against the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement. You get a clear picture of strengths, gaps and the few changes that will make the biggest difference.
